Made from straw bales, this heavenly building was created by our good friend Phil, of Huff & Puff Construction (featured on George Clarke's Shed of the Year 2017). His elegant buildings are organic and authentic in both design and intention.

The Bothy is furnished to accommodate a couple in a beautiful Bedouin style to remember the years Carolyn grew up in the Middle East. It has a beautiful king-sized bed, wood burning stove and is furnished with rugs and and a cosy sofa. You also have the option of adding two small single beds which are perfect for children if you would like like them to share this experience with you!

To add to the rural scene, we have built a 'Chuck Wagon' containing a WC and kitchen, which is located across a small footbridge from the Bothy.  There is also an outdoor shower, with hot water of course!  Towelling robes are provided.

The Bothy shares a meadow with Mukota which also sleeps four, so why not book both with friends?

We allow one dog in the Bothy at an additional charge of £25.
